A small note: when paying from an international bank account, double currency conversion may occur depending on your bank’s policy.

We ship orders from Spain across the EU.
 Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and you can track your parcel online.

If you’re outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc.),

custom regulations apply — but don’t worry, it’s simple:

All customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, the courier will send you a message with the exact amount and payment options — usually payable online or upon delivery.

You’ll also see on our website the order amount that qualifies for free shipping 💛
