We understand that with children’s clothing, it’s sometimes hard to guess the right size or feel the fabric without touching it. That’s why at Ollimoon, exchanges and returns are a simple, caring process — with no unnecessary formalities.
Exchange
If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll happily replace your item with a bigger or smaller one.
To arrange an exchange, just send us a message — our support team will take care of everything.
Return
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it (in accordance with EU regulations).
Once the return is confirmed, we’ll send you easy step-by-step instructions on how to ship it back quickly.
Return Shipping Cost
In most cases, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. If we made a mistake (wrong size, defect, or incorrect item), shipping will be fully covered by us.
Return Conditions
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- clean and unworn
- with original tags/labels attached
- without any washing marks or damage
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and check your item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
